Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the items in your order.

• In-stock items (such as Blind Date with a Book, bookmarks, stickers, TBR jars, gift boxes, and other boutique items) typically ship within 2–5 business days.

• Made-to-order apparel and select merchandise typically ship within 5–10 business days, as each item is created especially for you.

• If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once everything is ready, or in separate packages at no additional cost.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the United States)

Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to subscribe to The Chic Reader Club to stay in the loop.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Chic Reader is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it is significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If you need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to help you locate your package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We'll review your claim and work with you to find the best resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, The Chic Reader ships within the United States only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, we'll be sure to announce it.
